Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped out in 3-5 business days. Orders will be shipped via Austria Post and you will receive tracking information after the order has been shipped out.

Shipping costs vary based on your address and will be calculated at checkout.

Prints/Small Paintings:

Austria: € 4.50
EU: € 14
Rest of the world*: € 15-87

*Please note, only express shipping is available for certain countries.

Medium/Paintings and orders above €250:

Worldwide Free shipping

PLEASE NOTE:

International shipping costs for non-EU countries do not include the destination’s duty, tax, or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We will include all the required customs paperwork. We cannot and will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees.

2. Delivery Time Estimates:

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and international shipments may sometimes get tied up in customs with consequent delays.

Austria: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-8 business days
Rest of the World: 1-5 weeks

Please note, there are possible delays due to Covid-19 restrictions.

3. Damages

If your item has been damaged in transit, please email pictures of the damage to hello@adriennalolabi.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will do everything to make it right.
